Specializing in multifamily and mixed-use real estate investments
Carson Klinger invests in multifamily and mixed-use real estate assets located in the Northeastern, Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern regions of the United States. Target properties include well-located B and C class apartment communities ranging from 100 to 400 units, mixed-used assets that include a residential component, as well as larger portfolios of apartment properties. The firm actively sources both marketed and off-market investment opportunities that range from urban, high-rise apartment and mixed-use buildings located in central business districts, to lower density, garden-style communities located in suburban settings.
Carson Klinger employs value-add and opportunistic investment strategies in order to maximize returns on a risk-adjusted basis for our investors. Our ownership approach engages multiple stakeholders including investors, residents, local officials and service providers to create result-oriented outcomes that improve the operational and financial performance of our properties, as well as the overall communities where we invest. Our hands-on approach and attention to detail during our investment process provides multiple opportunities for our team to add value, starting at acquisition and continuing with business plan implementation and aggressive asset management, refinancing and eventual exit of the investment through disposition or recapitalization.
Providing Exemplary Housing & Returns
At Carson Klinger, our mission is to more than just provide a roof over our residents’ heads; we add value to their rental experience by meeting the needs of multiple aspects of their everyday lives. We target assets that are often considered Workforce housing and look to provide working families with a safe, clean and comfortable community that they are proud to call “Home”. Our executives have experience in implementing these initiatives firsthand and have seen the impact that these initiatives have had on our residents’ and their families’ lives, as well as on tenant retention, operating expense reduction and ultimately the asset’s value.
